Komaudio Support

Help for connecting your OpenSubsonic or Subsonic-compatible server.

Before requesting help

  • Confirm that your server opens from the same phone and network.
  • Use HTTPS for remote servers. HTTP is intentionally limited to local networks.
  • Verify your server URL, username, password, and compatible API access.
  • Never post credentials, access tokens, private server URLs, or personal media information publicly.

Report a problem

Search existing reports or open a new issue on GitHub Issues. Include the Komaudio version, Android or iOS version, server software and version, reproduction steps, and sanitized logs.

Scope

Komaudio is a client application and does not provide servers, accounts, subscriptions, or music. Questions about server availability, account provisioning, or catalogue content must be directed to your server operator.
